Article . 1669 cod. civ . , although placed between the rules governing the contract , it is intended to protect the general character of the need for conservation and functionality of the buildings and other property used by their nature long-lasting . Consequently, the action for damages provided for by that provision is non-contractual nature and , transcending the contractual relationship ( contract or sale) according to which the property is received in the sphere of a person other than the manufacturer , may be exercised in respect of this ' Finally, when you have as a seller, also from the buyers , who may benefit from the annual term of decadence.
